I bought an Integra engine in Canada, but was torn, what should I do?

Hello, I placed an order for a used Acura Integra 94 + B18B Engine + Car can trans August 13, from a company called JDM Tiger Japanese in Toronto Canada, this engine / tranny was sent to me in Minneapolis USA in 7 days but when I opened the package, I discovered a lot of things were wrong, the distributor cap was broken, everything was cut harness, exhaust manifolds has downspout, the AC compressor was gone, I also discovered that the engine was an engine of 92 (90-93), not 94 + as he said in online advertising, http://www.jdmtigerjapanese.com/product_info.php? cPath = 23 & products_id = 193 the transsexual was not connected to the engine either as it was supposed to, worst of all, the transsexual does not fit in the engine, I tried to contact them but continued to wear waiting, I was asked to send pictures I made, but still havent talked to me, I do not know what to do or to talk to, someone please advice me on what do please.

I say start the engine Craigs list and buy a skyline R34 engine or find one in a junkyard in Canada.
